Come and join us every Saturday at Lee Valley Whitewater Centre for an amazing time on the water in kayaks, canoes and SUPs!<\/p>

Our fully-qualified and DBS-checked coaches will look after you every step of the way, learning water confidence, paddle skills, and above all – making new friends and having fun!<\/p>

Come to the Lee Valley Whitewater Centre reception and look for the “Lee Valley Paddlesports Club” desk – we’ll be there ready to take you on the adventure of a lifetime. We’ve got the boats, paddles and equipment – all you need is a smile!<\/p>

These sessions are fully-funded by Sport England – they’re free! – and open to anyone living within 5 miles of Lee Valley Whitewater Centre.<\/p>

The sessions start at 10am every Saturday morning. Please arrive at 9:45am. The sessions finish at 12pm.<\/p>

Please bring a towel and a change of clothes.<\/p>
